For this assignment, you will be developing a newsletter for your fictional classroom using word or a newsletter link below. You will write all of the content based on information that you think would typically be in a classroom newsletter.
In this module, you will be designing and creating a Newsletter that can be used as a way to communicate with the parents, guardians, and/or families of your students. We will be exploring two different tools that provide templates for developing newsletters. As educators we need to use the resources that are available to use to help make ourselves more productive and time efficient. Our time is valuable and we don\’t have much of it!
To create your newsletter your will follow these steps:
Select the tool you would like to use to create your newsletter
Select a newsletter template
Create some content. You will want to write 2-3 articles/ updates for your newsletter. Imagine you are in your own classroom and think about what types of information you would typically provide to your students and their families.
Input your information into your newsletter template
Save/download your newsletter as a PDF and submit it to the dropbox.
Be sure that you are using the Visual Design Principles that you learned in Module 2 in the design of your newsletter. I should see obvious use of the CRAP principles.
